In 2025, the Enerpred Company continued the systematic modernization of its production facilities, making a strategic choice for the introduction of innovative equipment. The purpose of the investment is to strengthen the leading position in the market by improving product quality and increasing production volumes.

The key outcome of the year was the commissioning of two new units of high-tech equipment:

- TMT TTB-45C/3400 CNC lathe. Its implementation has made it possible to process large-size parts with maximum accuracy and minimum production time. The machine is able to work with modern materials and opens up new opportunities for the production of parts of an expanded range. Thanks to this acquisition, the Enerpred plant has manufactured the DG1000G250 jack with a lifting capacity of 1,000 tons.

- A specialized stand for the repair and maintenance of hydraulic cylinders is a professional equipment that allows efficient and safe maintenance of hydraulic cylinders of technological equipment in repair rooms and workshops. The stand is designed for operations such as unscrewing and tightening the piston nut and axle box, separating the rod and sleeve, and installing the rod into the sleeve. The design allows for a high-quality approach to servicing cylinders of various diameters and configurations.

Modernization has not only enhanced production capabilities, but will also contribute to the further development of the enterprise.
