A new product of our developers - UG600T hydraulic installation for trenchless pipe laying.

The UG600T unit is designed for trenchless laying of pipelines under highways, railway embankments, in urban areas. Provides high speed and efficiency of work - a puncture of a soil section up to 50 meters long per work shift (with the standard equipment of the installation).

The hydraulic installation is a frame inside which there are working hydraulic cylinders and an auxiliary cylinder, which, using levers, changes the position of the working cylinders. The levers constitute a unique system that changes the position of the cylinders depending on the pipe diameter. This equipment allows to carry out work in accordance with the requirements of SNiP-3.05.05-84 "Technological equipment and technological pipelines".

This unit has already passed tests and is successfully operated by JSC "Irkutskpromstroy".
