The company ZAO Enerpred, by special order, is engaged in the development and manufacture of installations for piercing the soil. The technology of laying pipes by piercing the soil with a pipe is as follows: on the pipeline route outside the area to be laid, whether it be a road, structure or railroad bed, a pit is dug with a length that depends on the length of the steel pipe to be laid. A support for the jack is arranged at the back wall of the pit. In the fastening of the front part of the pit, a window is cut out for the passage of the pushed pipe.
The soil piercing machine can consist of several hydraulic jacks, each of which can reach a force of up to 200 tons, with a piston stroke of 1250 mm. The jack is powered by a hydraulic pump powered by an electric motor or an internal combustion engine. When the hydraulic pump is turned on, the jack piston extends, the rod rests with its end against the steel pipe and pushes it into the ground. Thus, after the first movement, the pipe is pressed into the ground with a tapered tip and pushes it apart. When the piston of the jack is released, the ramrod is pushed back and the operation is repeated. The tests of the installation, which took place in the winter of 2008, showed that, on average, a puncture of 1 meter takes 20 minutes.
Advantages of the soil piercing plant Enerpred CJSC:
Reliability and quality of manufactured jacks;
Simplicity of the device, maintenance and repair;
Complex supply, development and manufacture of all components for the installation;
Operation of the rig without drilling mud, which is especially important in winter;
Instrument warranty 2 years.
