The principle of operation of the press:

Loading of the wheelset into the working space of the press with shaft support on the lunettes and wheels on the movable traverse;
Supply of the hydraulic cylinder and pressing of the pressed wheel to the movable traverse fixed by means of latches;
Pressing the shaft axle out of the wheel;
Removal of the power hydraulic cylinder from the pressed wheel and return of the rod to the working position;
Unloading, turning, and lowering the wheelset into the workspace;
Repeat operations.

The press has a protective guard for saving workers during operation.
The hydraulic cylinder is mounted on a fixed beam by means of a flange and is supported by semicircles on the opposite side.
The presence of a safety valve on the fitting to prevent an increase in pressure in the stem cavity of the hydraulic cylinder beyond the permissible value.
The fixing pitch of the movable traverse is 450 mm, which allows you to remove parts of different diameters.
The speed of the hydraulic cylinder is 1.5 mm per second.
The press is made of high-quality materials for long-lasting operation.

The press must additionally be equipped with a NEE-10,0I63T1-EkPu5s pumping station. The operation of the press is controlled using a remote control connected by cable to the pumping station. The movable traverse has guides for mounting the base plates, which are additionally manufactured according to the Customer's individual request.
