As part of the project for the development of a range of jacks and cylinders, the Enerpred design bureau has developed a new line of steel pulling jacks that are particularly durable. Numerous customer reviews of pulling jacks and cylinders mark the priority of price over weight characteristics.
New jacks made of steel are more than 2 times cheaper than their aluminum counterparts. As a result of life tests in the laboratory of Enerpred CJSC and the assessment of the expert commission, it was found that jacks made of steel are more durable, their service life is 1.7 times longer than that of an aluminum tool, more than a twofold increase in the resistance of the jack body to static, cyclic or shock loads.
The range is represented by jacks of one-sided and two-sided action with a lifting capacity of 8-100 tf, a stroke of a rod - up to 600 mm with both spring and hydraulic return.
Pulling jacks and cylinders are designed to move the load and create a pulling force during repair and installation work. An ideal solution for tightening ship hull parts, metal structures for further bonding and welding. Designed to work in any position.
