On June 11, 2024, a kick-off meeting was held on the program for improving labor productivity in the production of Enerpred.

The purpose of the meeting was to inform the team of the group of companies about joining the national project,its tasks and directions, the start of training in lean manufacturing tools and their future implementation at the enterprise in order to reduce losses and increase production output. 

The company has created a working group responsible for the implementation of the project, which is in the active phase of training under the guidance of specialists from the Regional Competence Center of the Industrial Development Fund. In the process of implementing the Labor Productivity Improvement Programat the reference site, the working group,specialists and employees of the enterprise will receive the necessary knowledge and competencies to implement lean production tools and mechanisms at all production and technological sites of the enterprise. 

The meeting was attended by Yana Shevchenko, Director of the Industrial Development Fund, and Sergey Kakaulin, Head of the Department of State Regulation of the Economy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Irkutsk Region. The honored guests congratulated the team on participating in the national project and expressed confidence that the company would adequately pass all stages of the Labor Productivity Improvement Program and achieve the results set by the project.
