Enerpred Company implements the national project "Labor Productivity".

Enerpred Group enterprises systematically implement projects to improve business efficiency, modernize production and improve management processes. Currently, in order to reduce losses in the production of hydraulic equipment and tools, as well as to optimize production processes, the national project "Labor Productivity" is being implemented at the production enterprise of Enerpred, with the support and direct participation of the Regional Competence Center of the Industrial Development Fund.

Under the guidance of experts, the specialists of Enerpred Company will be able to analyze production and management processes in more detail, find problem areas, growth points and implement an optimization plan. As a result of training the company's team in lean manufacturing techniques, the national project will help reduce losses and increase production.

After the completion of the active phase of the national project, the company's specialists will distribute the tools and mechanics of lean production to other stages on their own, so that ultimately optimization affects each production site.
