On November 21, the National Research Irkutsk State Technical University (ISTU) hosted a Career Day 2012, the main goal of which was to provide students and graduates with an opportunity to demonstrate their professional qualities and find their future employer. The organizer of the event was NI Irkutsk State Technical University. More than 40 companies from various industries (subsoil use, petrochemical industry, energy, construction, transport) from all corners of Russia from the Far East to the Central Federal District took part in the “Career Day at ISTU-2012”.
Since the training and support of young promising specialists is one of the priority areas of the company's work, Enerpred took an active part in the “Career Day at ISTU-2012”, the company's stand aroused keen interest among students and university teachers. Also, information about the company "Enerpred", about the possibilities of undergoing industrial and pre-diploma practice and employment of graduates was placed in the reference book for students "Career at ISTU-2013". We offer students, starting from the 3rd year, to start creating their future in our company and to get their first professional experience in practice with the possibility of further employment.
Deans of faculties, teachers, students and graduates of ISTU visited the "Career Day". The greatest interest was enjoyed by vacancies in the manufacturing and economic spheres, as well as in logistics, procurement, supply and sales. An agreement was reached with the director of the College of Engineering and with the deans of the faculties on the internship of students. For active participation in the "Career Day -2012", the company was awarded on behalf of the rector of NI ISTU with a letter of thanks.
