The Enerpred company has developed and delivered, by order of GAKS-PROM, a unique press equipment with a force of up to 300 tons - PG 300. This press will be used for testing large-diameter shut-off valves.

The PG 300 press unit is designed to absorb thrust forces of up to 300 tons between the fixed traverse and the movable traverse when performing technological operations. It has two power rods fixed in fixed supports (traverses).
The movable traverse is moved by the hydraulic cylinder back and forth along the power rods. Maximum traverse travel 1600mm. Travel speed approx. 300mm / min.
In the extended position, the traverse is fixed with two nuts for the subsequent perception of thrust forces up to 300 tons.

Having manufactured the PG 300 press, the Enerpred company has once again proved that it is capable of producing not only standard equipment with high quality, but also solving complex technological problems thanks to the company's design department, accumulated experience and production potential.
