The Enerpred company has developed and manufactured a set of equipment KOP2-50 for lifting mining dump trucks.

The presented equipment is used for lifting the assembled dump truck when installing the wheels and is part of the assembly line for mining dump trucks at the KOMATSU plant in Yaroslavl ("KOMATSU MANUFEKCHURING RUS").
KOP2-50 consists of two lifts (for the front and rear axles), with a lifting capacity of 50 tf each, and a pumping station with a working pressure of 32 MPa.
Each of the lifts is equipped with a hydraulic lock, which allows the rod to be fixed in any position. Additionally, there is a manual fixing of the position of the lift using insert pins.
The pumping station has 2 motors and 2 pumps, which allows you to control each lift separately and, accordingly, avoid skewing when lifting the dump truck.
