Federal Law of 05.05.2014 No. 99-FZ "On Amendments to Chapter 4 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and on Recognizing Certain Provisions of Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation as invalid", which entered into force on 01.09.2014, abolished such a legal form legal entities as a closed joint stock company (CJSC).

In this connection, the Closed Joint Stock Company "Trading House" Enerpred "has brought the constituent documents in accordance with the new edition of Chapter 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and this letter from the Joint Stock Company" Trading House "Enerpred" notifies you that "01" July 2016, an entry was made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (reg. No. 2163850509910) on the state registration of amendments made to the constituent documents of a legal entity, namely:

- the organizational and legal form was changed - from a Closed Joint Stock Company to a Non-Public Joint Stock Company;

- the full name of the legal entity was changed - from Closed Joint Stock Company Trade House Enerpred to Joint Stock Company Trade House Enerpred;

- the abbreviated name of the legal entity was changed - from ZAO TD Enerpred to JSC TD Enerpred.

In the rest of the details of our organization remained unchanged.
